Hearing her talk on the radio about how her addiction to food was like being addicted to heroin earlier on made me feel really sorry for her.
The normal PH response of 'dirty horrible fat people should just stop stuffing their faces etc etc' is boring tbh.
People don't get to this extreme by just eating a bit too much, this is compulsive, it is an addiction that makes them buzz and becomes all they think about. It's not the same as putting on a couple of stone because you have a few too many takeaways.
This girl needs mental and physical help, so do her parents by the sound of it, they obviously don't know how to cope or say no.
Shame really. No one should ever be in this position, never mind being ridiculed by thousands of faceless people online isn't going to be the best thing to help her.
Telling someone how fat and disgusting you find them wont help them do anything about it.

With regards to you saying there’s blame on her Gym & PT, they can only do as much as she is willing. Being a PT myself I know when a client isn’t pushing themselves or has given up, and no amount of pleading/persuading them will change them to work harder, it’s usually at that point that I cut my losses with them and take on more clients willing to stick at it.
I don't really blame those aspects of her life. What I meant was that all of these other items in her life share the same amount of blame, which is minimal compared to her own share. I know she needs help, but she seems too eager to stump the blame at somebody else's door. She is on the internet and so has access to great information about weight, cooking, exercise etc.
