Union Jack flags
WRONGNoticed The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh arrived in a Bentley Mulsanne and not the Bentley State Limousine, I wonder why?
Watching the TV pictures the flotilla is huge, the crowds are huge. Looks an amazing sight. I for one am glad the UK celebrates its unique heritage in such a spectacular fashion.
Well done to all involved.

Think I am getting in early here.
It's 10pm here and watching this on BBC Entertainment .... As someone who has lived overseas for many years, as a Londoner born and bred, this is the first time I have felt homesick!!!

Wouldnt be Britian without the rain.
Indeed. And you wouldn't be an Englishman if you allowed rain to stop play. not.

It's been raining all day so far here and I'm still going to start the BBQ and cook dinner.
My wife who is not English seemed to think that because it was raining our eldest couldn't play in the garden. One hole cut in a bin bag later and we have one happy child playing in the garden and one very unimpressed wife.

Either I have got too used to bad TV abroad, or at least internationally the BBC presentation of this is damn good!!
Still home proud, Go UK, Go London etc etc!
