Hmmm, where's that story about the legal firm that tried it last time?

Unless they can prove who was downloading (which they can't), then they don't have a leg to stand on.

I don't think that's the point, its just 'someone using this ip address which is at your house is downloading crap porn'

I would imagine that enough to scare some people or cause a few arguments anyways.. Basically, shame them into stopping.

They wanted to demand £700. Would that not count as punative damages take account of say £20 per movie to but the hard (snigger) copy?
