Been reading this and do wonder what will happen to a volvo forum i stumbled across that after doing some digging have found out its run by a remote proxy server in the usa.

What could be done about them because they seem to think the law does not apply to them ?

Are you sure they're just not paying for a hosting company based in the USA? My hosting company is in the USA.

You do have to wonder why they seem to want to hide there details they are above the law i guess
