Watching it live now. What a fantastic display. Just thought I'd say.

A fantastic display of pageant and colour.
The Queen has certainly had a busy year and looks great for her age.Long may she reign.

I see the BBC is making a special effort to do it 'properly' after the Thames boat debacle.

Yes not a bad effort this time. I guess some of the trendy BBC executives will be sulking in a corner somewhere.

I've attended Trooping the Colour and it really is a great show, made all the better if you get a sunny day as we did.

Long may it continue.

Indeed we do!

Though I do wonder if The Queen is getting fed up with hearing the opening bars to the National Anthem?

We were there today. It was brilliant being there.

It was absolutely packed, with a great atmosphere. The Red Arrows display was short but great.

We're brilliant at hypocrisy too. In a country where public opinion appears to be against the wealthy, thousands come out to wave flags for the richest family in Europe.

What about last week when the general vermin filled the streets to wave flags? Was that for the military too? Hmmmmm?

Don't particularly have one, I just find most things Royals related to be an absolute bore.

Whereas the countless thousands who showed up to pay respect to their Monarch (not to mention the HUGE number who sat it out in the pissing rain for the Jubilee celebrations) obviously don't agree with you or your 'public opinion'.

Lighten up a bit smile
