True but most of the people on death row aren't just gang members are they? And surely the ones who are have killed more than one person? Not that that matters particularly, one life taken is bad enough, I know an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind and all that however I am saying that once you have shown you are capable of murdering another 'animal' in cold blood there is nothing saying you wont do it again and therefor protection of the people in danger in the future is paramount

Don't dogs sweat through their tongues? meaning she would be in much more pain and discomfort in that heat than just having been beaten (I don't quite mean that the way it sounds, obviously being beaten is bad enough).

Not sure on details, I think when they have their tongues out panting it's their most effective way of keeping cool.

Not their tongues, per se, but through their mouths so that poor little mite would have been seriously overheating.

Considering what we can do to other human beings, I'm barely surprised by any cruelty to animals you see in the news anymore.

I saw the cat video on liveleak a couple of days ago, been hard to get that one out of my mind since. Sick doesnt even begin to describe whoever did that.
