I'll put money on it being a relative, you're at greater risk from your own family than anyone else when it comes to molestation/buggery/murder/kidnap for newspaper money.

I thought he was going into far too much detail and correcting himself too much. He also referred to her in the past tense at one point. I'm no expert and I hope I'm wrong.

I'm aware that I sound like a tinfoil hatter but listen to 0.50 in the video I posted above, why does the dog bark? whose dog is it? has it been trained to pick out unusual human behavior?

Just reported that the step-dad/grandad (or whatever he is) has made a statement regarding Tia as "she's like a girlfriend daughter to me and I'd never hurt her"

It was covered on the BBC News at Ten at about 8 minutes past. That was the point I turned back to their live Olympics coverage on another digital channel. Up to that point they had been covering the Olympics news of the day.
Sky don't have the rights to any live Olympics feed, don't have a large presence on the Olympics site and so have been as glad as a glad organisation can possibly be that a good old fashioned popular salacious silly season story has been available for them to cover to the nth degree. I honestly don't know what Sky news would have been concentrating on for the last week or so without this.

Righhhht. Shouldn't that have been "she was like a daughter to me whilst I was shacked up with her mother"?
