They had a problem cashing their unemployment check, I said that's xxxxxxx ridiculous. Got in the car took him to the bank, they cashed it. He said I tried to cash it two days ago in the drive thru they said I needed an account.
What if I wasn't with him would you have cashed it without ID or an account. Probably not.
I assume the "probably not" meant no.
He is not a welfare recip, but lost his lic (DUI), so no ID. Called local Dem office (I know them) they tell him to get a State ID.
He has just got a job and still uses the same ID to cash his payroll check.
This problem is not really a political one, it is a hassle for lots of people who live a paycheck to paycheck existance.
That's blue, black, red and green people, poor, poorish and destitute. It affects them all every week, not just blacks once every four years.
But it is been used as red or possibly a blue herring.
Anything to shift people away from the economy.

Health and dental benefits after 90 days.
Willingness to listen and follow direction.
Ability to generally be nice and get along with people.
And I have a hard time recruiting. Granted as the percentage of Americans who are actually employed continues to shrink and job creation is less than 10% of what's required to keep pace with the natural population increase we are getting much better candidates

Romney is a fundamentalist warmonger. I know it's taboo to discuss a candidate's religion (Christ, most of the GOP are still convinced Obama is a Muslim) but Romney's is a concern, particularly in foreign policy. He believes America is the divine land. That America is "Divinely Inspired" and that America is the Land of Zion.
But key, is he believes he will be answerable only to God (if he's as dedicated as he claims to the religion).
The whole abortion thing is just a distraction, on the scheme of things it's way down the list for most people I'd imagine.
Obama wants to continue his credit-fuelled socialist dream, and Romney wants to cut taxes for the already rich and is using "trickle down" economics to justify it. 'Cos that works right?

In spite of what some politicians would like you to think. The inequality in America is astounding and neither Obama's socialist dream nor Romney's tax reduction for the wealthy will solve it. American corporations have more money in their pockets than they have had in a long, long time. American business is doing just fine. The issue is wages do not match the corporate profits like they used to. THAT is the American issue.

But the sad fact is, until not too long ago anyone willing to simply work hard can make a good living in this country and support a family. Not saying you'll be driving an S550 to work while wearing a Zegna suit, but you can feed and house a family in relative comfort.

There is a mountain of evidence that says the Ambassador's and CIA's requests for help during 9/11/12 attack on the US Embassy in Benghazi were deliberately ignored by personnel at the very highest level.
Fox has had numerous ex-military personnel on tonight calling the Obama administration "cowardly" amongst other choice words and a number of Democrat commentators have called this sickening.
If the public ignores this as much of the media has and still votes Obama in, he will probably be impeached for this. This really is big, far bigger than what Donald Trump could ever imagine.

In much more interesting news the Des Moines Register endorsed Romney today. It is the first time in 40 years that they have endorsed a Republican.
How about this... How about we tally up a list of newspapers who endorsed McCain that are now endorsing Obama?
