Sorry if this has been covered - but how have the police gotten beyond 96hrs without charge?

96hrs is 4 days, so Mon night to Tues night (1) to Wed night (2) to Thur night (3) to Fri night (4)??
He wasn't arrested until Tuesday

Haven't closely followed it but was the car found at a bodyshop? Might he have knocked her down and tried to cover it all up? I know they said a lhd car gave her a lift but is that accurate and reliable?
As above he is innocent until proven guilty...But just wonder if the whole sexual motivation is correct.

Knocked her down, panicked, disposed, suffering from shock so unable to communicate lucidly with the police?

Plausible but praying it is not the case.

Why - I haven't followed the case but is there evidence that shows a likely scenario? Or just daily mail stuff?
The scenario I suggest seems plausible to me...

Thanks - I misread that line: Girl missing Monday. Arrest Tuesday.
Cheers.

Because saying she ran out in front of you is probably a lot more believable defence than trying to dispose of a body?

Because the friend she was with might have mentioned she was hit by a car?

Have you validated the accuracy of that evidence?

The police knew they were looking for a LHD vehicle as April was seen to get into the vehicle on the drivers side

Its all in the thread would only take you 30 mins to read and catch up

Again I just ask is this fact or was it on the news and in the papers and/or based on what one person think they saw / what they claim they saw? I am sure it's probably true and accurate. I just don't know that it is such. There could be a very different set of events here.

It was a statement by the Police, they stated that this is what was seen by the witnesses, as for its validity well no one can know that apart from the witnesses who are children, but their ability to describe the car leading one suspects to the arrest of the suspect would suggest that they would have green able to state if he had hit the girl or not

Will the creator of that page be arrested like the guy with the Dale Cregan page was or is 'trolling' a one way street?

I just wrote 'Innocent until proven guilty' on the page - wonder how long it will last frown

TBH, AFAIK if they thought he had actually killed her, he'd be charged, they'd not stall for time.

There appears to be a definite positive correlation between bad grammar/text speak and being an absolute mouth breather.
