How can you know? Could well be. Or could be the relative that she knew that also owns the vehicle she got into...

Have the PH super sleuths solved the mystery yet?

In all seriousness, I do hope it has a happy ending. As a parent, I would be beside myself if (god forbid) my lad disappeared.

Agree on the comments re:Kay Burley - was actually going to post about it earlier.

She was running around the like a headless chicken sticking her camera in peoples faces asking for comment. Twice people said they didn't want to speak and she kept on at them anyway.

As to the locals, well meaning bunch but yes quite a few of them were in no state to go up - especially when they showed how muddy the ground was. I got the impression that the police would have preferred not to have to deal with them. A lot of them were complaining that they were kept for a 3 hours before they were paired up with guides to take them up. Probably a good decision by the police.

It’s a positive development that someone has been arrested so soon – fingers crossed that the girl is found safe and well

The Sky Helicopter was showing some sort of Police activity on the bridge earlier. There was a couple of Officers running along the river bank too.
