I'm going to triple suplex MMGW by saying I believe it's an untestable hypothesis - there are simply too many variables to take into consideration, and too little information known about how the climate varies over longer periods of time - we've only been measuring it for around 200 years, and not all that accurately or comprehensively for much of that.

Then I'll throw in a stone cold stunner and say it's just far too convenient for politicians seeking to raise taxes on the things they believe cause it.

And that's the real deal.
