ETA It does highlight the cultural hazards - in the same way that slappers from the UK who think it's okay to flop their lardy norks out on the beach in an Arab country also find themselves way out of step with local expectations. Highlights the need for better integration.

Rung up for a takeaway from the local curry house in a village in North Lincolnshire and the operator says, 'the number you ave dialled has not been recognised". I tried again thinking that can't be right as i have had dozens of takeaways from there. Same again. Then I googled the name of the takeaway and it's says "the defendant, who works at ********* takeaway was sentenced to seven years". So I clicked the link. Turns out he has been done for one case of rape and six counts of indecent assault on six minors. I won't comment on his ethnicity, race, or religion. I think there are enough clues. Truly shocking. Has rocked the local village. He had me sucked in with his banter and free samples of food.

Can I suggest that this is a possible scenario;
Girl befriended in takeaway by the all male staff, given small gifts, enjoys attention, flirts with all the staff, one of the lads has a cheeky grope she doesn’t object, next time its not one of the lads (lets say the uncle) but as the girl ended up with something to eat she happy enough to sit on his knee whilst he has a rummage under her top. Fast forward a week or three and she’s upstairs watching TV with a bottle of Vodka and a supply of chips when from time to time one of the staff from the takeaway comes upstairs for some R&R with her.

The point being is that most of these characters do not go to the pub . When they drink they tend to do so in their cars or in peoples houses . Why this leads them on to abuse kids I do not know . I used to own off licences and some of my best customers were taxi drivers
