After Rotherham I don't know why anyone would employ such a fool.
After his previous employment history, the best job he should be able to get is stacking shelves in Lidi or under criminal investigation like most of the staff from Rotherham Council should be. Certainly not working in basically the same role as he was before.

But if the Police and the councils Purpose was something they both have in Common, why would we be surprised?

Well that is wholly unacceptable, I'd like to think he is soon to be an ex QC.
The police officer mentioned in this article:

http://www.nwemail.co.uk/news/cumbria-police-inves...

Was named as someone that helped in this (from about 5 minutes in to 20 minutes in):

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b054p99p

It features a mother of one of the 300> girls groomed in Oxford.

So you have a police officer telling victims of childhood sexual abuse to come forward and reassures them that they'll treated seriously and sensitively and then we have QCs bad mouthing victims in court?

That seems a bit inconsistent.

So a QC bad mouthed underage victims of grooming and rape in Court? I am not sure if that adds any credence to what the Judge that conducted the Melanie Shaw Operation Daybreak whistle blower trial supposedly said in Nottingham Crown Court in October?

It seems the Judiciary could be in on the public sector cover ups.

Now why would they want to do that?

Well if the "AD" statement is true it explains why the system won't investigate itself.

I am not sure if that's relevant. The person caught can't be named.

"Despite the fact convicted sex offenders must live at the address listed on the Sex Offender’s Register, officers believe five of those who are missing are now living abroad"

Spain or Karachi?

New study reveals scale of child sexual exploitation in West Midlands. 488 cjildren identified as at risk in the first 6 months of 2014. It's just as feared by many. Rotherham/Oxford etc just the tipof the iceberg.

TBH i wouldn't be surprised if 80%-90% of our counties were as bad as rotherham, it's a huge problem thats well hidden, under reported and the victims are stigmatised, it also doesn't help that quite often future perpetrators were victims themselves.

Any surprises, or do they own this sector?

"There were named defendants or suspects recorded for 26% of the incidents reported to the police. 92% of them were male, 8% female, with an average age of 27. Suspects were from a wide range of backgrounds, but there were disproportionate numbers from an Asian Pakistani background suspected of abuse and exploitation on the streets"

... They are fking the future of this country, the government is not doing enough. Independent inquiry to consider whether public bodies and other important institutions have taken serious their duty to protect children from sexual abuse + national group on sexual violence against children, supposedly victim-focused culture within the authorities.

How about offering to chop off the goolies of every child sexual predator? That will influence behaviour.

One gooly 1st offence, the rest at the next. A referendum on this justice would be highly revealing.

THREE teenagers accused of raping two "vulnerable" girls with learning difficulties "took advantage" of them to "satisfy their own sexual urges", a court has heard.

Nasir Huq, 18, is accused of raping a 17-year-old with Down's syndrome who jurors were told was a "very trusting" girl who did not have the "capacity" to consent to sex.

I'm strongly against capital punishment - I don't think it's right for the state to take away a person's life.

Although cases like this (and many of the others on this thread) really do have me wondering whether there is a case for it.
