Relevance is MPs and Ministers doing nothing about a child sex abuse victim being incarcerated in solitary confinement without a trial for 7 months because they are not allowed to look at individual cases.
It reads like your dealings with Sarah Newton MP, a PPS at the Home Office, may be rather like trying to get an answer from Bob Neill, Chair of the Justice Committee that Keith Vaz MP is now on, when he's not on fact finding missions in Romania or Tunisia.
We've had the BBC breathlessly reporting more and more revelations about child sex abuse in Football by Football Coaches and how it's good for victims to come forward, but if you've been a victim of child sex abuse in the care system you can be put in prison without trial for not shutting up?
There's been an ongoing investigation into child sex offences in childrens homes in Nottinghamshire for about 6 years. The Detective Superintendent on the case, that's gained the trust of the victims has been pulled from the case due to some complaint by someone in the Council about a breach in a 'communication protocol'.
That Detective Superintendent being pulled from an historic child sex abuse investigation in Nottinghamshire could sound like former Detective Chief Inspector Clive Driscoll being pulled from a case looking at the child sexual exploitation of boys in childrens homes in London:

If children in Council children's homes in Nottinghamshire were being sexually abused, with some of the offenders abusing their position to have sex with vulnerable kids in children's homes how can the Council make any complaint about a police investigation into that? Seems like an obvious conflict of interest to me.
There are gangs of politicians, Council officials and police obfuscating historic child sex offences meanwhile the BBC is kicking Football and the FA for the same thing?
Councils trying to cover up historic child sex offences on their premises is like you or I not admitting fault when we've just had a prang on the road?:

Surely if ALL the known names were put out into the public domain then this would force a court case for at the very least defamation bringing out all evidence - that is unless the judiciary closed the door to the press?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cAVbJEx_ME

Lawyers are helping a child sex grooming gang avoid attempts to deport them by obstructing the courts and “weakening the rule of law”, Britain’s most senior immigration judge has warned.
Mr Justice Bernard McCloskey accused taxpayer funded lawyers representing the gang of treating the immigration tribunal, which will decide whether they should be allowed to remain in Britain, with “sustained and marked disrespect”.
The case has raised fears that convicted criminals are adopting a strategy of timewasting and obstructing the courts in an attempt to put off any possible deportation from the UK as long as possible.
The judge said there had been “multiple recent examples of similar conduct and misconduct” and has urged Government legal officials to mount an investigation into such cases.
MPs have accused lawyers of making money by “gaming the system” and using delaying tactics to spin out cases.

He was the law society and the Guardian's lawyer of the year !!!Upon sentencing the latest group from Rotherham.
When taken down they guilty men shouted Allah Akbar and there were shouts from their supporters, who supports these men ? I presume there are those who still think they have done nothing wrong.
If you leave meat uncovered in the street and a cat eats it, whose fault is it ?
It was reported yesterday that there has been an 80% rise in sex attacks by "children", although it didn't make reference to the actual numbers. This gives us yet another group we can talk about...

In the last 15 minutes of that BBC radio programme lastnight a politician in Holland dared to mention the offences in Rotherham and the ethinicity of the offenders.

There was another programme on R4 a week or so ago which recalled the murder of that Muslim shopkeeper by another Muslim (for being the wrong type) & I was astonished (but not surprised) at what was said about issues relating to a community of certain foreign heritage both here and in their native country.
Astonished, not because it was mostly obvious but because such views usually cannot be aired without cries of racism. The points were raised & discussed by members of said community though. I'll bet it pushed some within the BBC to near meltdown.
The reporter in the episode of Analysis mentioned above really didn't get it. Or rather he did, but didn't seem to care - there's a narrative to maintain you know.

I don't know precisely why, but that story still upsets me. I guess it's because the shopkeeper appears to have been such a decent, bloke, well liked in his (diverse) community and the thug that killed him was such a vile and worthless human incarnation of dogma.Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
