If prison sentence suspended and community service. Not allowed to own arms for a limited time.

What else can the Judge do? she believes the defence so he acted in selfdefence.

20 years. He thinks he's fooled the judge. I don't think he has.
Isn't the maximum 15 for what he's been convicted of?
It's actually 15 on the death + 5 on the gun charge max

My call is he gets no jail but just for the record, even if he gets 10 it makes no difference to the fact the judge is a mong and got it wrong. Just pre empting the resident tt crowing.

I reckon he'll get away with no jail time which would be so tragic! He deserves to be locked up and gang raped for some considerable time.

I expect the average South African will not be too happy, and do fear some may take action.

He is safer inside imho. It's surreal when mostly one debates what colour to go for on their 991 GT3RS. I'm a PTS kinda guy thumbup

"He deserves a sentence that will make everyone happy. "

Sky are really scraping the barrel now.

Someone has died - but this is more like a carnival.

Followed by another moron who has been 'following the trial' - "what if the security had not come along where would she have been found", err... he called them.
