Another vote for "he won't go to jail" here.

Farcical. The prosecution must appeal.

Slagging off witnesses now!

Discrediting evidence against custodial sentence.

I think its looking like a custodial sentence.

JUST.
GET.
ON.
WITH.

Why is she detailing what facilities are available in Jail?!?
Just state they are suitable for a disabled person.

She's acting like a ref who awarded a dodgy penalty in the first half, then needs to redress the balance in the second half.

I think she feels duty bound now to give a jail term after the flack received with her original verdict, rightly so too, he's killed someone.

Saffa Journo's were saying that it will take a while to deliver a verdict as "the judge can't read very quickly..."

How do you become a senior judge, sitting on murder trials if you find reading a struggle confused
