I have to say, he was making better progress than I do after I have levered my arthritic knees out of a chair. Plus, I bet he'd have shifted a lot faster if they'd tossed a couple of snakes and a tarantula in there with him.

No doubt, at some point in the future, we'll be watching "The Double Trial of Oscar Pistorius" on Channel 4 or somewhere and there will be a scene in the last episode where Pistorius and Roux are in a room together and one of them goes "Hey, I've got an idea..."

Maybe I misunderstood, but wasn't his entire defence based on the height of the shots through the door and the cricket bat strikes and he was on his knees???

He's far taller even on his stumps than that.
