I think I see his real objection to Bradford brewery.

Separated at Birth, they got the same beady eyes

They realised, too late, there's no chance of Muslims voting for a woman.
That's a bit harsh. A woman won GG's old seat in Bethnal Green despite being up against 3 Muslim men from Respect, the Lib Dems and the Tories.

Also, the MP for Bradford West for many years used to be Marsha Singh - who was an Indian born Sikh man yet was extremely popular and would probably still have that seat now had he not died. To be frank, if Pakistani Muslims from Bradford are willing to vote for someone called Mr Singh I think it's fair to say that they don't all vote just on the basis of religion or gender.

Don't get me wrong - GG is an odious individual who knows the correct buttons to press when standing in a constituency with a large ethnic population however put a decent candidate up against him and he's there to be beaten.

My comment was a bit tongue in cheek, but didn't know that, thanks...smile

Here's Gorgeous George again, on the end of pranksters. Idiot always falls for it...

I can safely say that's the first time I've ever sided with George.

Feeble.

He regularly attracts them. Can you name any other radio presenter who attracts co-ordinated pranking like this? Do you wonder why?

Don't know how you can bring yourself to "side with" such an egomaniac.

Bit of a dichotomy for him now I should imagine!
Galloway thinks that Israel is somehow behind ISIS.

He has said on his Press TV show:

"Who really are ISIS, who really are ISIL, who are they working for, who is really behind them, they certainly have never as much as thrown a stone at Israel".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miUFSVFvBac

So in GG's twisted mind ISIS murdering Palestinians is really just Israel murdering Palestinians.

I live in bradford.

Marsha Singh was a very well respected long standing mp in bradford. Basically people liked him.

Galloway. Well apparently he lives in Bradford. That's news to me.

Be interesting to see if he gets in again. The Asian wards, councillors MPs Etc are rife with electoral fraud each year.

Ie coaches bussing people en masse to vote direct from mosque. Mass postal vote fraud.

Recent local elections one cllr was offering free solar panels to everyone.

What I can say about Galloway is in my job I regularly deal with the MPs and cllrs

When he arrived all work contact ceased from that ward via him as an mp.

Quite what he does for his constituents I do note know.

I will say I dont agree with the beer Twitter thing. Why call anyone a thing ?

I wouldnt be surprised if ukip got in in Bradford. We've had a lot of bnp cllrs ( feckin scum!). here and the Asian community are not liked nor is the city integrated as people seem to pretend.

So the Muslims voted for Singh. Would love to know how he managed to get round the tribal voting thing.

I'm not sure about the UKIP hunch though.

Anyone would think they're trying to takeover by stealth.

Would free solar panels work in Rochford & Southend he asks knowingly?

Because that sort of "prank" isn't clever. It makes no point, requires no wit and as such achieves nothing more than sympathy for Galloway. You claim he is an "idiot" for falling for it but he's on a radio show so it's likely to be somebody else who chooses which calls go through.

When I listened to it I thought he actually handled it as well as anyone so rather than harm him, it softened my attitude to him.

...briefly.

I think he's little more than an opportunist, disruptive, attention-we and there are many things I would be happy to see done to him but witless "prank" calls are not among them.

Take a look at George Galloway voting record. Participated in only 8% of votes and claimed over 150% more expenses that MPs average.

ParticipTed in only 8% of votes? What purpose is there in him being an mp ? How can anyone vote for him knowing that ?

You're too soft. Those calls serve to challenge his confidence and make it abundantly clear to him that he is not universally acclaimed, something that needs to be done time and again until it gets through his thick skull.

Exactly, psychopathic behaviour should be challenged at every point.

Those that doubt psychopathic behaviour should consider the Hare Psychopathy checklist

GLIB and SUPERFICIAL CHARM — The tendency to be smooth, engaging, charming, slick, and verbally facile. Psychopathic charm is not in the least shy, self-conscious, or afraid to say anything. A psychopath never gets tongue-tied. They have freed themselves from the social conventions about taking turns in talking, for example.

GRANDIOSE SELF-WORTH — A grossly inflated view of one’s abilities and self-worth, self-assured, opinionated, cocky, a braggart. Psychopaths are arrogant people who believe they are superior human beings.

NEED FOR STIMULATION or PRONENESS TO BOREDOM — An excessive need for novel, thrilling, and exciting stimulation; taking chances and doing things that are risky. Psychopaths often have low self-discipline in carrying tasks through to completion because they get bored easily. They fail to work at the same job for any length of time, for example, or to finish tasks that they consider dull or routine.

PATHOLOGICAL LYING — Can be moderate or high; in moderate form, they will be shrewd, crafty, cunning, sly, and clever; in extreme form, they will be deceptive, deceitful, underhanded, unscrupulous, manipulative, and dishonest.

CONNING AND MANIPULATIVENESS — The use of deceit and deception to cheat, con, or defraud others for personal gain; distinguished from Item #4 in the degree to which exploitation and callous ruthlessness is present, as reflected in a lack of concern for the feelings and suffering of one’s victims.

LACK OF REMORSE OR GUILT — A lack of feelings or concern for the losses, pain, and suffering of victims; a tendency to be unconcerned, dispassionate, cold-hearted, and non-empathic. This item is usually demonstrated by a disdain for one’s victims.

SHALLOW AFFECT — Emotional poverty or a limited range or depth of feelings; interpersonal coldness in spite of signs of open gregariousness.

CALLOUSNESS and LACK OF EMPATHY — A lack of feelings toward people in general; cold, contemptuous, inconsiderate, and tactless.

PARASITIC LIFESTYLE — An intentional, manipulative, selfish, and exploitative financial dependence on others as reflected in a lack of motivation, low self-discipline, and inability to begin or complete responsibilities.

POOR BEHAVIORAL CONTROLS — Expressions of irritability, annoyance, impatience, threats, aggression, and verbal abuse; inadequate control of anger and temper; acting hastily.

PROMISCUOUS SEXUAL BEHAVIOR — A variety of brief, superficial relations, numerous affairs, and an indiscriminate selection of sexual partners; the maintenance of several relationships at the same time; a history of attempts to sexually coerce others into sexual activity or taking great pride at discussing sexual exploits or conquests.

EARLY BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS — A variety of behaviors prior to age 13, including lying, theft, cheating, vandalism, bullying, sexual activity, fire-setting, glue-sniffing, alcohol use, and running away from home.

LACK OF REALISTIC, LONG-TERM GOALS — An inability or persistent failure to develop and execute long-term plans and goals; a nomadic existence, aimless, lacking direction in life.

IMPULSIVITY — The occurrence of behaviors that are unpremeditated and lack reflection or planning; inability to resist temptation, frustrations, and urges; a lack of deliberation without considering the consequences; foolhardy, rash, unpredictable, erratic, and reckless.

IRRESPONSIBILITY — Repeated failure to fulfill or honor obligations and commitments; such as not paying bills, defaulting on loans, performing sloppy work, being absent or late to work, failing to honor contractual agreements.

FAILURE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR OWN ACTIONS — A failure to accept responsibility for one’s actions reflected in low conscientiousness, an absence of dutifulness, antagonistic manipulation, denial of responsibility, and an effort to manipulate others through this denial.

MANY SHORT-TERM MARITAL RELATIONSHIPS — A lack of commitment to a long-term relationship reflected in inconsistent, undependable, and unreliable commitments in life, including marital.

JUVENILE DELINQUENCY — Behavior problems between the ages of 13-18; mostly behaviors that are crimes or clearly involve aspects of antagonism, exploitation, aggression, manipulation, or a callous, ruthless tough-mindedness.

REVOCATION OF CONDITION RELEASE — A revocation of probation or other conditional release due to technical violations, such as carelessness, low deliberation, or failing to appear.

CRIMINAL VERSATILITY — A diversity of types of criminal offenses, regardless if the person has been arrested or convicted for them; taking great pride at getting away with crimes. The word psychopath can be replaced with the word sociopath throughout this page. The meaning is very similar, if not the same.

This is low, even by Galloway's standards.

George Galloway has been accused of having a supporter pose as his rival candidate’s dead father in order to obtain her marriage certificate and smear her as a liar.

The battle for Bradford West descended to a new low after the Respect candidate launched a series of personal criticisms against Labour candidate Naz Shah. Mr Galloway is defending a 10,140 majority in Bradford West, which he took from Labour in a by-election three years ago.

At a hustings in Bradford on 8 May, Mr Galloway brandished what he said was Ms Shah’s wedding certificate, claiming she had lied about being forced into marriage at 15 – when she had in fact been 16 and a half.

Galloway is claiming that the Labour candidate could not have been in a forced marriage because.....wait for it.....it was an arranged marriage and the families consented.

"And what's your favourite book, George?"

"The English...dictionary.....not Oxford...of course...that is too posh for the likes of me"

"I expect you spend a lot of time reading it, George, what with all those exotic words you use, sometimes in the toilet, I bet"

"Sometimes...in...the...toilet?...Sometimes?...Always in the toilet...I'll have you know...until...I find...a new word....I've not used....before. It's not beyond the wit of man...to see....why I've got a ring...on my arse. I call it my...ring of steel...because I am gifted..with words...words are my weapon of choice...to slaughter all manner of n'er-do-wells."

"On that note, George, just before we close, I wonder if you could say one word for the audience? The funniest word in the world when spoken by a Scotsman."

"What's that, laddie?"

"Murder"

Amusing for his use of half years, which I thought died out when you left primary school.
Here's some video of the hustings. Neither look that great when she was meant to be wanting to be part of Respect not so long ago.
