I doubt he'd escape jail for various crimes against international laws. Maybe he could have done that immediately when he took over from his dad, but it's way too late now. He's seen as more than a king though, he's essentially seen as a god. He's also trying to replicate his father and grand father before him so the life he is living is probably everything he has ever wanted.t. Who wants to be King of a Wasteland? I'd be like "f
