Almost certainly not, unless for example you were Deva Link BEng (Hons) MIMechE CEng, in which case you would certainly be entitled to call yourself an engineer, even if you were slumming it in sales (as I've done myself, and on occasion still do).
Damn! I'll just have to stick with 'Director' then. Covers a multitude of sins.

Haha, I see the BBC propaganda machine is in full swing using Eastenders as a vehicle to push its political agenda. fk me, they tied that storyline in with current events perfectly. wkers.

ETA: Here we go;

BBC EastEnders @bbceastenders
Dot: "I've worked all my life & I've paid my taxes & I ain't never been a nuisance." #EastEnders

BBC EastEnders @bbceastenders
"It might be a 3 bed property with 'under adequate occupancy', whatever them big words are, but it ain't that to me. To me, it's me home."

The problem comes when you have lived in and looked after a house for XX years only to be told you have to move to a house 10 miles away from your current location , you then have no friends local and you get put in a sh!t hole area and badly maintained property, at a later stage in life you really can not afford to be starting over again with no local support.

now that is not fair.
you mean like people who rent privately often have to do?
Indeed, not everyone can afford to live in the area/house of their choice. If you're provided with a subsidised/paid for house then you should be grateful, not moaning because it's not in the area of your preference...

If we look at the 'Bedroom Tax' as Labour call it...

Also look at the several Labour areas that are re-classifying 2 bed flats into 1 bed flats so that the tax is not relevant to their voters.

Does this mean that Labour are effectively telling people to do Tax Avoidance?

Something the Labour supporters are dead against and have been bhing about forever?

I thought the tories were adamant that it's not a tax?

They're reclassifying some blocks of 2-bedroomed flats because they're frightened that people are going to end up homeless if they don't, essentially. Not much of a votewinner, electoral turnout is incredibly low amongst most of the worst affected communities. Or at least it was until now... be interested to see if this motivates some more people to turn up and vote.

Its not a tax... Labour are saying it is... therefore if Labour are to be believed, then technically they are advising/promoting tax avoidance... thought Labour did not like tax avoidance as thats something only the Torys do right?
