He is just a snivelling little st who if ever thrusted into the realities of life would fall straight on his arse. I would honestly love to see him try and run a business and see how long it lasts before he started blaming (probably be Thatchers fault) anything but himself for its failure. Honestly cant be bothered to read anything he has to say.
Stop talking about Barack Obama in that manner.

Nothing, but nothing is as tiresome as your banker bashing biggrin

OJ is the political commentary world's equivalent of Jeremy Clarkson or the inhabitants of Jeremy Kyle. He's allowed air time as he gets a rise, not because his opinion has any value/merit.

There's further irony in that he only makes a living due to the society he seemingly despises so much.

I'm quite sure there'll be much hilarity at some point in the not too distant future when details of how much he lives by his socialist credo come out. The world he operates in always operates that way...

You must have noticed that I have gone a little on the quite side though? Ever since my beloved Co-Operative Bank hit the skids grumpy moving swiftly on :

I'm intrigued to know, just how do you imagine your average Socialist lives?

Without the likes of O.J. we would all be living in a less entertaining environment imo. Love to see him tie other commentators in knots, of course when he treads a wrong path its always the one with a massive great gaping pit at the end of it!

But in what way do OJs misinformed rantings help move society along? All he does is allow those in our society who are determinedly in denial about the true nature of the economic and societal problems which we face today to maintain their fingers in their ears and their palms over their eyes. For the likes of OJ it's always somebody else's fault - and specifically its usually the fault of the very people who have to pay the taxes that support his nonsensical type of socialist utopia

They say people can get hold of the wrong stick on the internet but let me tell you I can see clearly what you are. A right wing reactionary born out of his time. Pining for the old days. The fact that you have the gall to end your sentence with the words "massive great gaping pit at the end of it" is a total disgrace. How you have the nerve, the cheek to mention pit in a laughing manner knowing full well the enormous damage your beloved Mrs Thatcher did to the coalmining industry is despicable. The fact that at least 3 generations of people in mining communities are still coming to terms with the wholesale destruction of the mining industry is scandalous.
I hardly ever get cross about posts I see on here but I am positively raging about this one. Its enough to make me eat a parrot

I love the way the P@£#k gets offended so much. If you disagree, he's offended, if you mention gay people he somehow manages to be offended.

However, the best at this is Jack Monroe 'a girl called jack'

"a girl call jack" a poverty martyr

And Scargill was an Angel was he?, he led the miners over a cliff, the strikes were unofficial so the union didn't have to pay strike pay. 30 years later they had to evict him from his grace and favour flat in London. Another champagne socialist.

Are people that thick?

See, I had it figured the other way round. Those in denial are the ones who support the current system because they think it's working*. Those like OJ are the ones actually looking into the cracks in our foundations and relaying what they think is wrong.

  • I assume this is because it works for them.

Lets keep this in context, its only those people who have any interest in politics that will listen or read his POV. We need people such as O.J. to counter those holding an opposite opinion. We all know this, I find O.J. interesting and lively but like I said earlier I don't always agree with him. Simply. he earns his living by being controversial.
