My prediction is he will get off any charge- if it even gets that far, be even for insufferable as 24hr TV gives him ever more airtime, go back to spending all his adult life sat on benefits being funded by you and I to preach hate.

Apparently not according to Radio 4 program not long ago, it only deals or is supposed to deal with civil disputes that need not go to court unless you want to. Anyone can seek legal redress from the UK justice system instead and of course no one is coerced.....

Though I expect someone more in the know might know.
