More to the point if i was to go out on the streets saying anything like his rants about muslims i would be arrested for incitement to racial hatred..... why not him ?

£25k in benefits to terrorise and radicalise others against the UK....

Can we not kick him out? Surely if he hates the country that much he'll go peacefully?

Surely anybody that comes here should be allowed entry on the provision that if ever suspected (not even prosecuted) of inciting hatred or committing any crime should have their right to remain annulled?

You are not alone in thinking this. Muslims in this country are also wondering why he's allowed to get away with it.

It's very simple and he is quite clever. He quotes form the Koran, and people don't get arrested for quoting from holy books. The rest of his stuff is opinion, as a free person in Britain he doesn't have to condem anything.
The only question with this guy is why the DWP do not hound his arse for not getting a job and remove his benefits.

Talk to any muslims you know about him and you'll realise how much he is despised.

Arrested for what?! He has only stated hi opinion and has not directly, top the best of my knowledge, said anything whihc actually calls for violent acts. He hints, he does not condemn, you can argue he encourages but that is not directly illegal so arresting him would be a little hard I would think.

I could be wrong but is he not a UK citizen in whihc case deporting him is really not a viable option.

Way I see it is let him yell and shout etc, shows off what a toelrant society we are and what a sad, delusional and utterly stupid little man he is, although he clearly is rather good at playing the system.

No you wouldn't. If yo go to Hyde Park on a Sunday you'll hear far worse, and they don't get arrested.

The best thing to do is EVERYONE ignores him.

Or a crack team of ex military types, not too dissimilar to the A-Team, take him in the night and dump him in a remote, undisclosed location many thousands of miles away. No one will miss him.

I think it's dangerous ground in the sense of setting precedent.

As is this talk of legislating "radicalisation". What does that really mean? Who decides what is radical and should be outlawed? Calling Tony Blair a War Criminal or organising an anti-war march?

That would work. LBC this morning decided not to air any of his views, which I thought was a good call. People like him thrive on publicity.

You'd want him to represent you?!!

I think he's made himself deliberately unemployable. A bit like those guys with face tattoos.

How hard would it be to put some sharks with frikkin lasers on their heads in the Channel for a day?!

Genuine question here - I agree he is basically unemployable by normal standars although one assumes he may be able to find a role somewhere but let us assume he really can;t due to his public image. As I understand it, if one is on benefits and does not make suitable effort to find a job (obviously excluding people who are unable to work for genuine reasons), then benefits can be stopped. If that is the case, I wonder why his have not as one assumes he would struggle to show he has made and continues to make a suitable effort to locate employment.

While I actually think the UK should be proud that we are liberal enough to let this chap expose his loathsome views, it does make me sad that people seem to think he speaks for the majority of Muslims. Based only on my personal experiances and friendships with Muslims, I have come the the opinion that most, if not the vast majority, find him to be as utterly contemptable as I do.

Vile little man and I rather wish the press would leave him off the front pages as publicity is the oxygen this hate-filled self publicist needs.

If I were an asylum seeking, radical, extreme'ist nutjob that hated the UK but also wanted to fleece it, and I got into a spot of bother re my benefits/tax/council house/ anything government related, then, yes..I probably would!

He's worth the benefits handout if it helps May get the Snooper's Charter sanctioned.

I'm not sure who has hijacked the obscene murder in Woolwich more, the EDL or May trying to convince us New Labour's Snooper's Charter is a good idea.

Hang on Theresa, isn't one of the issues with the reputation of the police them selling information to the press? So giving the authorities more information on even more people that aren't filling their days planning Jihad or paedophilia may not be the best of ideas?

We spent £25K per head of population of Helmand Province protecting our freedoms and facilitating the justification of the Snooper's Charter?
