Pubs have been banning Forces people for years, if you owned or ran a pub near a base you would understand why. I am ex forces myself and have been refused entry plenty of times, just find somewhere else to drink.

Interestingly last night someone had posted 'Sorry, I'll remove the story' or something similar in response to the Globes FB response I quoted earlier. Still up though.

I wouldn't be surprised if the fkwit who makes stuff up for that blog doesn't find himself in legal bother. Just nicking the photo of two random publicans from a newspaper site, uncredited, and giving them fake names is dodgy enough.

It's a weird site. It just doesn't seem funny enough to be a spoof.
