No doubt FIFA's version Iraq's Gulf War Information Minister will be along later telling us that he's hard at work dealing with the present situation, bestowed on FIFA by a handful of bad apples, for the good of world football.

In reality, he's probably hard at work formatting hard drives and helping feed stuff into a long line of shredders before his own personal bed sheet arrives.

The Russian football Federation say that there is no point in rerunning the vote for the World Cup finals. Furthermore, they wish sepp blatter all the best in the presidential election .
No st Sherlock!

Russia's a problem, Qater will just protest and try and be a bit more secretive with their envelopes. Russia might just invade someone for the hell of it.

The corruption surprises no one. The fact that they might actually be punished it for it is the real surprise.

Are people that naïve? Corruption has always been rive in any big business and football is no different.Countries will pay fortunes to have the worldcup in their country. The prestige on the worldstage is massive..FIFA is big business.

Sepp Blatter and his cohorts have been taken the micky for years.Football is now all about the money nothing else.Horse Racing Boxing Bike racing the list is endless where people can fiddle the system they will.My pennies worth.>smile
