Didn't know Ron Atkinson had taken up a management position in Russia.

He might play the clown in his various personas - Lee Nelson, Jason Bent - but Simon Brodkin is a very incisive comedian and is to be commended for making a mockery of both FIFA and Blatter, in the same way as he also had a crack at cutting Kanye West's ego down (to the size of a small galaxy) at Glastonbury.

Laurent, the son of Michel Platini, the executive committee member for France and president of Uefa, became the chief executive of Burrda, a Qatar-owned sports company. Michel Platini has always said that his son's role was completely unconnected to him voting for Qatar to host the World Cup.😅

The apple does not fall far from the tree.
Laurent Platini is also the lawyer for PSG, the biggest spenders in football.

Both Platinis need a lawyer better than Laurent. Bad stuff heading their way.

Dig out the Jack Warner Vs John Oliver Trinidad public TV videos on youtube.

The man could claim the earth is a cube run by an Alien called Bob and still keep a straight face.

MacDonalds have made a similar statement.

...publicly. Can't believe that's the advice he's giving him in private. Only one person could have that much self confidence, surely!

Visa and Budweiser have also demanded he step down. Surely untenable now.

I was going to suggest that the sponsors associated with Blatter and FIFA match Osborne's £3 Million he's given for grassroots soccer in China, but a brief google mentioned corruption and match fixing in China.

Looks that way. I think we all hope you're right.
