Seems odd the prosecution putting it forward?
Does it mean the only evidence they have is heresay so this is to spice it up a bit spin
See below. It's evidence which goes to the likelihood of them being engaged in a conspiracy together - i.e. he is poleing her, therefore they are more likely than strangers to be involved together in a conspiracy.
Not sure that follows - don't you keep the two things separate?

I can't stand the old kipper so don't take this like a defence of her sartorial consistency but, to be fair, she has always dressed like that. Find me a picture (not from a cocktail party) where she ISN'T in black or charcoal nuns getup.

I imagine the 'horrors' of a 6 month trial will be considered punishment enough and they will get token sentences.

I also imagine most of the jurors have made up their minds and dont want to piss about waiting months for the case to conclude.

6 years ! They were fking for 6 years ! In secret !

Privacy is for paedos," declared former News of the World man and tabloid veteran Paul McMullan in the midst of his evidence at the Leveson inquiry.

He had only just observed that "in 21 years of invading people's privacy I've never found anybody doing any good"
Longer than 6 yrs i reckon, 8 as this happened in 2005

Shamed Sun editor Rebekah Wade today downplayed reports of an alleged assault on her husband, EastEnders star Ross Kemp, but admitted a row had 'got out of hand'.

Don't bet on it. This is a very serious set of offences and in her case it has the addition of a consipracy element.

They'll go down, I reckon for two years.

Ultra ambitious woman sleeps with various workmates to create powerbase/get promotion. Shock! Horror! Probe!

Not even remotely surprised to be honest. Just wondering who else might have been welcomed in. Could be some interesting names floating around shortly.

Would also lay money on the "due to all press intrusion in her private life, if she goes to prison she will might harm herself defence," arriving fairly shortly. It will be presented with a shed of irony.

Coulson will be picking soap in the showers for Bubba.

Actually he won't. He'll probably be growing some vegetables round the back of canteen, on that little plot they gave him. Before retiring to the lounge for a game of Scrabble and Strictly on the TV.
"But despite what my newspapers might have said in the past, Open Prison is not a cushy option. Its really opened by eyes to the whole injustice of the modern legal system and I will be campaigning upon my release for better understanding of whole of issue of sentencing and trial by journalism. I will be talking about this at great length on Newsnight/Radio 5Live/This Week/Graham Norton/anyone who pays £500 a booking. Speaking of which can you pay that into my charity's/Ltd company account please? Cheers."

It beggars belief that people actually conduct criminal activities over email, especially when they work for the one of the biggest media groups in the world.

Eg allegedly authorising bribery for theft of a Palace directory:

BBC said:
"Every job, every name, every number. We usually pay £1,000 for these. It's a very risky document for him to nick. Ok to put the credit through?"

Mr Edis said Mr Coulson did not reply to this email, but after Goodman followed up asking again for authorisation, the editor replied: "Fine."

Like that soldier shooting the injured Afghan fighter.

Turns to video camera wearing comrade who just filmed the whole thing: "Obviously this doesn't go anywhere fellas. I just broke the Geneva Convention."
