Hmm, that doesn't mention Eastern European and it says that police are satisfied there is no abduction attempt.

Oh goody, more people to work and pay tax and ease my tax burden for paying for the lazy and feckless who won't work.
Two more people to care for our elderly doing jobs that we refuse to do.

Ahh yes, because every single penny of all your taxes goes towards benefits. You're Einstein aren't you?

So let's invite the world in because they can pay for the ones that don't work? Then what happens when you wait 4 hrs to get on a train, months to see the GP, no school places, takes 8hrs to go from London to Birmigham on the road, when do you say, Ok, yes, we are now struggling and pretty much maxed out on what this island and its old infrastructure and small public services can cope with?

Or are them lazy people who don't work ruining everything? Quite funny to be honest.

Before anyone asks they are not on minimum wage. In fact wage is commensurate with any other qualified nurse.

They work for one of the largest operators of care homes for the elderly. The company did a road show in Bucharest to get employees because they said they struggle to get UK recruits who stick with the job for more than a couple of months.

Given all the new immigrants since 1997 we should be living in a fast growing economic paradise with booming tax receipts by that logic.

The income level where someone becomes a net contributor is rather high. Two people on minimum wage at an old people's home are a long way below that level.

It's a thick persons argument to pretend someone said something they didn't.

Not 'whenever I can' or I would be doing it all day.
No, I just reserve it for when people are racist that's all.
Let me lay it out for you.

The truth of a story is that one person who, if you are to be believed, was Slovakian, did not attempt to abduct anyone according to the police.
THis translates to you telling anyone who will listen:

RacistRuss said:
Hearing quite a few reports lately of attempted abductions of children in my local area, all by Eastern European women.

They also don't care how they go about it, the latest, a woman entered a school playground with an empty bugger, scumbags
You are either racist or incredibly incredibly stupid to translate those facts into that sentence so I don't really mind which one of those you pick, but to your credit you only seem a bit thick so I had assumed racist. Could be wrong of course.

Part of the problem is that some of the smaller operators aren;t paying the market rate for their RNs or on first inspection are offering the market rate but becasue they don;t pay shift allowances are offering up to 25 % below market rates ...

the big operators are often better run than some NHS trusts... the big operators in some cases are running sites with more beds than the local DGH ... ( admittedly it's where the local DGH is a glorified cottage hospital rather than an actual DGH usually nbecasue there are 2 or more DGHs and a teaching hospital within 20 -30 miles)

The Defence Secretary Michael Fallon has said many towns in Britain feel "under siege" from EU migrant workers, and some communities risked "being swamped".
His comments came as the government looks at proposals to curb European Union migration, but opponents say any such move would flout current rules.

This could speed up further immigration into the UK - from many EU countries (not only the two named in this thread).

As I said on the UKIP thread him apologising just makes it worse.

Increases the public perception that political parties and politicians are manipulative gits who use words carefully selected to put the best possible slant or spin on a situation rather than saying what they think in plain words.

Secondly if it's the intention of the government to make it all seem a bit less of a situation the idiots have just used No10 to confirm that there is a situation and that the local services are struggling to cope.

Town nearest to us gets busy with tourists on Bank Holidays and particularly weekends during the summer. Suppose someone who just wants to use the roads would use the word swamped, but nowhere is under pressure. Not a good example but it's all about perception.
