It raises an interesting question though as to why iScotland wouldn't not grant those areas a referendum due to the fact Holyrood is so far away and doesn't understand the needs of the Islandssrs (exact same arguement that SNP used re Westminster). Why would they not want self determination.
An excellent point.
Because all Scot's are the same tribe and want the same thing. Where as the English tribe are significantly different to us, hence we need this separation from them..

I assume you were being tongue in cheek as it sounds like "we know best, the islanders must do as they are told"

Could a major banking economy like Scotland to join the Euro and save it
On that note, I read the other day their banking sector will be equivalent to 1100% of GDP.

A Nat on my FaceAche news feed posted this in retort...

"I care not one jot what the managers at RBS think about Independence. Their predecessors tarnished the reputation of the Scottish financial sector when, under Fred Goodwin's stewardship, they entered the sub prime loan market. Tesco have said they will retain their banking headquarters in Edinburgh if an iScotland comes out of the referendum. Who do you believe?"

Or, I don't live in Scotland so have no vote in the referendum and probably don't fully understand the implications or the Scots and their society, but I'll tell you lot what's what anyway.

Lol.
