Victim card is getting a good airing today

Tell me one thing

Why haven't you been banned?

You have consistently banged the YES drum
So do you think I should be banned?

You regularly use vulgar language and are incredibly offensive to other posters so why haven't you been banned?

Whatever happened to free speech, eh?
Victim card again

I am not saying you should be banned

I am asking why you haven't been banned

As you appear to believe that people are being banned purely for being YES voters
LOL, pot and kettle springs to mind!

I haven't been banned because I have not broken any rules.
Which was precisely his point you moron.
Oh, really?! rolleyes
As only an occasional poster - Yes, really.

Edinburger and arp1 and others should not be banned as their rants and bizarre - at times racist - views are doing more to show the true colours of Nationalism than could be achieved by the No campaign.

Come on chaps, we've had some good debate in here at times, no need to carry on at each other and derail the thread - we're all adults here.

so back on topic the yes camp have just over 1 million supporters according to there BBC or about 20% of the population which is about the same % who voted SNP. I am not sure how many people are eligible to vote but would 1million be more than 50% or not is my question.

so similar % to people who voted SNP etc though I suspect not all voters will vote so maybe that represents 40% of votes that will be cast what I am getting at is it reflects the polls 40 60 etc where I assume don't knows will not vote for a change.

Yeah, funny how just before the referendum, they've hit a million? Fancy that! A compeltely unaudited 'list' that is completely open to abuse. It's a piece of propaganda, nothing more!

I think basically they say "Bringing up the question was a bad idea, voting yes will be worse".

The yesser's are really getting angry on the fb groups now.

Abuse flying everywhere... It's wonderful reading them get angry as they see their chance slipping away due to their own stupidity.

I can't wait for this to be over now.

Great to hear. Luckily the SNP's attempted stifling of free speech among busineses in Scotland has failed miserably.

Agreed, clear sign that they've lost.

Their campaign has been despicable and I hope this is not only the end of the stupid independence question but also that the SNP are obliterated at the next elections.

Agreed.

Once you resort to name calling, you've lost the arguement and any credibility.

Funnily enough, I applied to work for the voting, it's an easy days money and I have been selected to work in a local school to man the polling station. I'll be handing out the forms and watching them being stored and shipped away to the counting.
This should be interesting to see how many of each side turn out.

Im guessing that the pro-independent yes voters who enshrine the principle to the right of self determination and independence will welcome the news and fully support the Shetland islands desire for independence from Scotland/iScotland and that they would fully respect the decision that they would want to take "their" recent huge oil find with them.

Likewise I dont think either side has come on social media.

I have a few friends voting Yes and have had sensible, rational, civilised conversations with them and yet every debate I've seen online descends into the playground
