Why shouldn't i vote UKIP?
As was observed at the time, UKIP or Jacksie, you seem hell-bent on delivering your vote to some form of rectum.
So why not vote Labour? - same net effect, but at least you'd be on the winning side for once in your life.

TKF, have the "UKIPH" reactions been as you were expecting so far ?
They're interchangeable reactions to any negative story regards UKIP.Farage could be found on live TV with a dead priest on his dick and 24 box files full of child porn and proof of tax evasion and it would all be some kind of non story / establishment conspiracy against him.
I love the idea that you people think that the country will be any different under Labour or Tories.
They are both virtually indistinguishable high tax, big government left of centre parties who will preside over an ever growing state.
The ONLY thing that sets them apart is their two groups of tribal, dogmatic supporters.
You could play 'top trumps' with the cabinet and shadow cabinet and there would barely be a fag paper between all the Oxbridge PPE graduates...

It's interesting to note that this shift to the centre is eroding Labour support in traditionally red bits of Scotland, exacerbated by endemic corruption within local party organisations; I don't know if the same thing is happening in Englandshire but it's certainly true up here. The vacuum created is being filled by a range of They are both virtually indistinguishable high tax, big government left of centre parties who will preside over an ever growing state.

You forget the little things Labour is good at, destroying the economy every time they get their hands on it and an uncontrollable need to control every aspect of our lives. They just can't help it.They are both virtually indistinguishable high tax, big government left of centre parties who will preside over an ever growing state.

So, No receipts are required from any MEP to show where this allowance has gone.
How then do OLAF go about showing he did not spend the money ?
How many other MEPs are running a similar system of operations ?
Just shows how loose and easy the EU allowance system is and where some of the billions are wasted in this odd little federalist experiment.
Fail for UKIP but a bigger fail for the EU.

I know someone who just got a free trip to Belarus on a "culture-swap program" for 4 days. They flew business class, stayed at a 5-star hotel, ate like kings every day, did a total of 2hrs work (literally signing off some papers), and got a special visit on the last night from a local lovely. Next trip is Russia next month, where they expect more of the same, lol.

What do you mean, lol...? I know someone who just got a free trip to Belarus on a "culture-swap program" for 4 days. We're paying for this obscene, uncontrolled crap. The sooner we leave this mire of corruption, the better.
Hrummmmph....
I don't think that what has been tried on Farage comes at any surprise. The facts appear that EU expenses are a huge gravy train, with little or no control over their use , by a bunch of self serving politicians.
The entire schedule appears to be an enormous abuse of other peoples money , so aledged abuse of a system which appears not to exist is absurd, an oxymoron.
All this has had a more negative impact on the EU , than on Farage.
The fact is, the established duplicitous lying scumbags who comprise our "political elite" are scared to death of UKIP, so attempted stitch ups like this scenario are entirely predictable, and very much typical of said "political elite".
I'm looking forward with great relish to seeing Lib/Lab/Con being severley punished at the polls, quite simply because the bds deserve it.

Person not called Nigel Farage riding gravy train = self serving politician.
Person called Nigel Farage riding gravy train = selfless and heroic defender of the people.
Thanks for clearing that one up!

Absolutely spot on. Person not called Nigel Farage riding gravy train = self serving politician trying to perpetuate said train

A typical example of this "Person not called Nigel Farage riding gravy train = self serving politician trying to perpetuate said train" is/was that moron Kinnock.
That clown went to Brussels to apparently root out corruption, then vilifies and sacks the person who points it out to him. Insane.

He won't have, because there is effectively no control at all on EU expenses . All that matters from a UK perspective is that those funds are not used for electoral campaigning. So NF , or any MEP can use it to get pissed all day if they see fit to. All this is doing is showing what a disastrous corrupt gravy train the EU is. No wonder their accounts have never been ratified.

Also of note is Hans Martin Tillack, the journalist who wrote about EU corruption and got arrested by the Belgian police for his trouble.

Farage admits he has received the money. There is dispute over how much of it is being spent on the things it is supposed to be.give us a link and I will happily sign a petition demanding he stands down (as I did with miller through Change.org)

I am not sure, but I think that Zod might be a bit posh. Caran d'Ache?
As for posh schools and non posh schools, I would never hold anyone's posh or non posh background against them. I don't give a toss that Cameron went to Eton and Brasenose (darlings, it's a faintly second rate College anyway). The question is whether he is any good as PM. On that, opinions vary. I am not his biggest fan.

They'll all be punished at the European Parliament elections, but they won't realy care. Then Labour's punishment from UKIP and its supporters will be to have the country handed to it on a plate in May 2015.
