biggrin

Yup. Photo in a pink dressing gown and Ugg boots at 11.30 a.m. on a Tuesday morning; cigarette dangling from her lip; an overcast sky and light drizzle somewhere near Bethnal Green...

Nigel Farage grinning in the background for good measure, and crowing about how UKIP has "made it a fairer society".

I suppose she's a German too. What with marrying one and all. And her mum. And her auntie.

Our wonderful Queen Liz II is wonderful, she has been wonderful for many decades. If she stood wonderfully in the 2015 General Election on a dictatorship ticket then she would get my vote.

But when she finally pops her clogs, it will be time to draw a veil on the German our Royal Family.

And pigs will fly.>smile

Vladimir Putin has condemned remarks by Prince Charles reportedly comparing his actions to those of the Nazis, saying his words were "not what monarchs do".

Think were all in for a cold gas-less winter myself....esp since the USSR Russia has signed an enormous gas deal with China this week......

To be fair to Putin Charles lifestyle choices seem to consist of having been given an arranged marriage on a plate with one of the fittest looking women in the country at the time and a good bit younger but obviously preferred Camilla !.

While I don't think that Putin intends to invade Germany and France for lebensraum. It's more likely that he'll just nuke Euroland if non one has the sense to listen to Farage on the subject.

If Charles should stood for parliament, would he lose his deposit?

Irrelevant. You're comparing a figurehead and a dictator.

Most definitely. Even fans of the royals hate Charles.

Charles clearly sees himself as more than a figurehead, that's the problem.

It's not a problem, he can see himself as anything he likes, but can do bugger all to turn it into reality. The silly boy just wants to save the planet and talks to plants. What's wrong with that?

Like when Churchill etc decided to take us into WW1 against Germany in support of Russia for example. We are globally famous for not having the brightest leaders in the bunch.

fk me, you appear to be as thick as the other muppet!

Our leaders have generally had very good reps as astute, intelligent and complete bds. British diplomacy has traditionally been one of us being absolute s!

As I said getting involved in WW1 on the side of Russia seems to have been at least one example of our 'leaders' being a bunch of fking stupid s and absolute bds in regards to anyone who told them to shove it.

Your direct approach to discussion seems to lack a certain finesse. Your 'censored' nouns mean the thrust of your point is lost and your choice of language doesn't exactly confer credibility. All in all, you seem to confuse subtlety, tact and diplomacy with something else. If you would care to be more lucid there may be the chance to advance the argument and an opportunity might arise for you to understand just a bit more about diplomacy.
