As above because the Met and powers that be generally have allowed themselves to be completely cowed.

One of the many criticisms the court made was that Rahman's so called political party Tower Hamlets First did not even have a bank account.

Funnily enough Rahman has got himself a new bank account open quick enough now for the purpose below. All the local 'charities' that Rahman gave grants to will now divert some of that money back to this account - and of course it will all be in cash and not traceable. The local 'businessmen' he helped will also repay the favour.

Perhaps The Met. should call upon Mutual Aid so they have some officers outside Tower Hamlets polling stations serving as a deterrent to meddling with democracy?

They have put police officers/specials/community support out side all the polling stations, with marked hatchings on the approaches where there is a 'no stopping' allowed, according to the local ITV news this evening.

Will it work?

It's unlikely to sort out postal vote fraud.

Just after a month after the General Election MPs are on about making new laws. What's the point when existing laws are not enforced?

It's a complete mystery to me why Motiur Rahman didn't win, he was going to provide absolutely everything for absolutely everyone.

Applaud? It's just further proof of the scummy way he behaves.
