Yep I'm a racist and a bigot. That's what you want to hear isn't it?
Not really. Who benefits from that? I'd much prefer it if you considered why you've apparently picked sides, ditched empathy and tarred a population with the same brush based on the actions of individuals. Silently, for all I care. Are you looking to be held accountable for the worst acts of Britain and Britons? Of course not. Nor should we consider the population of Israel to be a single entity.

So far the Israeli score is 200 out of a population of 1,800,000 in Gaza. Its going to take them a very very long time.
Score? Not only do you have the numbers wrong by a factor of two, but you equate the deaths of non-combatants and children to some kind of point scoring game?
Add callousness to hypocrisy.

It's worth bearing in mind that Israel could adequately subdue Hamas using only airstrikes.
The reason for the ground operation is to more accurately target the terrorists with fewer innocent deaths. The cost is being paid in Israeli soldiers lives'.
More to the point, it's instructive to compare the conflict in Israel with the conflict in Northern Ireland. The reason for the ground operation is to more accurately target the terrorists with fewer innocent deaths. The cost is being paid in Israeli soldiers lives'.
- Does the conflict in Northern Ireland appear to be broadly resolved? Yes
- Was the conflict resolved by shelling civilians? No.

The West Bank (to which you may be referring) was part of Jordan, a country artificially created from the post-World War I division of West Asia by Britain and France.
In 1946, Jordan became an independent sovereign state known as the Hashemite Kingdom of Transjordan. It captured the West Bank and East Jerusalem from the Israelis in 1948 who won it back in 1967.
King Hussein was so concerned with the plight of the Palestinians he threw them out of Jordan in September 1970 after winning a civil war against the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (have you heard the expression 'Black September'?)

I will never support the Palestinians owing to the fact of voting in a barbaric organisation, the celebrating of 9/11,the ripping apart of soldiers in ramallah, indoctrination of their children,etc.etc.Are you looking to be held accountable for the worst acts of Britain and Britons? I agree completely.
Perhaps you can go and ask Hamas about their demands to destroy Israel and kill all the Jews.

Meh. No point talking into empty space. Perhaps one day you can find the sliver of humanity required to look at the people of Gaza as actual people and not some political compilation tape. Now come back with what I know you're going to say....

And don't you think Israel could of done that long ago if they wanted to?
Yes, they could have done it quicker but more people might have noticed. Israel's current policies on the WB are bringing about ethnic cleansing at a pace tolerated by the western powers. The Palestinians, unfortunately, find the pace somewhat less tolerable. How would you feel if a bloke with a machine gun threw stones at your children? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1ovdA1VZ-c
Or what do you think about the way Israeli border guards treat innocent people going about their business? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QorJMPtz1Fw
If the Israelis treated the peaceful Palestinians (as opposed to Hamas combatants) like human beings and respected their rights, most of the problems would vanish.

actually, wrong, there were two before the ground troops when it, both from rocket attacks.
now, just try and imagine how many there would have been without iron dome?
Look people, for all your hand wringing, the simple way to stop this is for Hamas to stop firing rockets.
yes, it really is that simple.
I know this probably does not fit with your sense of injustice etc, but it's the only way it will end.
Do you think Israel will look for a genuine peace agreement if Hamas were to stop today?now, just try and imagine how many there would have been without iron dome?

Because, based on what the leadership of Israel has said, it's highly unlikely.

We don't accept scummy behaviour from extremists. We certainly don't back it up with State support.
Bizarre justification from a Palestinian terrorism advocate on C4, saying that Hamas don't want to kill anyone, which is why they are firing rockets into Israel. If they're not trying to kill people, why are filming themselves firing rockets at buildings, or emerging from tunnels to shoot at people in Israel? They keep goading Israel, and they are getting pounded. They must like seeing civilians getting killed, and the Gaza strip turned into even more of a dump than it already is.
