We may have such scum, but our police tend to capture and gaol them. In the UK anyone found throwing stones at children, or acting in a threatening manner close to them with an AK-47, would be arrested and quite rightly put away for a long time. In Israel, they're applauded as heroes and supported by the state. we have such scum in this country too, does not make us all scum though does it?
What's worse is, how would you expect children like these to grow up? They learn, at the end of a gun barrel, that force is its own justification and that best way to get what they want is by the force of arms. The Israelis are very effective teachers, and the hatred they sow gives them a perfect excuse to continue what they're doing in Gaza and on the WB.
