When I read the other one it didn't even specify that. But even taking that in to account its still a huge amount of people. if 40% of London property buys are cash as suggested in another article, then its kind of a non story really.

I saw this in another paper a couple of weeks ago, and it seems the figure includes all of the millionaires in the home counties as well because 'they are likely to have made their money in London'!

Pretty poor basis for an article and a sure way to enrage PHers who insist London finishes at the edge of Zone 1/edge of Zone 2/any further out than they live!
