What elements of white male culture do you feel are under-represented and need a festival to celebrate? Notting Hill celebrates some bits of Black culture and Pride celebrates some bits of LBGT culture but plenty of black or gay people wouldn't want to be associated with either.

Having been to about 20 football matches last season, I think the straight, hetero, English white males already have their own sanctuaries.

Missing a point.... Yes of course there is - just as I was unsure about yours - so we both failed to get

White male culture.. As I thought, you might be positively discriminatory. For the record I do not agree that there is such a culture as the one you typify and deride for being exclusively white adult male. You might just also have entirely rather than partially missed the point about my earlier post. I was replying to the topic in the OP specifically, not the usual digression into Race that took the thread off-topic. It's about prejudiced homosexual lobbying against those of an alternative predisposition and the hypocrisy that demonstrates. Your sarcasm, I'm afraid, rather makes my point without the confusion I apparently included in my post!

Basically there are flyers around Ohio advertising a festival for straight white guys (beer to be available but no illegal drugs ) and the usual types are claiming it's an anti-gay / black / (insert persecuted group here),

Appears to be a joke, but has caused some upset

This, along with the fact that after going on about desegregation, being included, etc, they now advocate a "black" festival? Does that not intentionally cause segregation? One should makes up one's mind.
