How is this positive?
Equality through more rights to one group. that makes sense.
Best person for the job, regardless of who they like to sleep with, what direction they prey to and what colour plasters they have to buy.

Simple question; take those three examples of organizations I described, replace "Black" with "White" and tell me what would happen.
If I described those organizations to anyone but left out the color description, all the leftys would be up in arms. It is simple folks, are we going to do away with racism or not? One cannot do away with parts of it, it is all or nothing.
I agree with the sentiment, but until there is no discrimination there is a place for organisations that promote minority rights. That said I think the Congressional Black Caucus were particularly stupid to refuse entry to the white Representative who had a substantial black population in his area.Simple question; take those three examples of organizations I described, replace "Black" with "White" and tell me what would happen.

As every manager's next promotion depends on them proving their equal opportunities credentials, the end result is inevitable.
Every manager knows what is 'expected' of them. They aren't told explicitly. And we can all pretend it is fair and legal.
