PH has it's own variant of Godwin's Law, which states that every thread eventually becomes a UKIP thread. Or MX5s, or something.

I think you're right. Somewhere in General Gassing there's a thread about front wheel drive cars in which some talented poster has managed o point out that the engine of MX5 is located behind the front axle... A UKIP reference cannot be many moments away.

Well there's nothing like reasoned argument. Not even close.

Do you think Farage isn't just like a politician?

Do you believe that we will save money by leaving the EU and if so if it will be enough to do everything promised?

That leaving the EU will stop asylum seekers?

Or marrying a foreigner stops you being a racist?

Any ideas as to why that may be the case?

I'm not bothered if you are stupid enough to call a person who's party
Has an immigration policy based on a points system without any favour to geographic area racist!!
Or is the Tory system of a knee jerk shuting our borders to non EU nationals more fair , ??? Where does all this fit in with the alleged offense of a
Aged pop star????

There will be costs as well of course. Most economists - there are no independent ones - seem to agree that there will be substantial costs. So how much savings, if any, will there be? It is fair to say that I don't know the answer. It is equally fair to say that no one does. However, from what I've read outside of newspapers seems to suggest that the balance will be in favour of savings, but not much.

What is clear though is that the promises made by the UKIP will not be funded by even the most generous of guesses as to savings.

That's not to suggest that this makes Farage into something unusual in promising what he knows he cannot deliver. In fact it makes him just like the rest. A clone

What costs? If you mean the cost of withdrawal, that is a one off cost. Staying in costs us £10,921,085,173.14 a year.

Been absent from the thread on account of a short ban.

Now asking if the Constabulary in question decided to move on Cliff to make it appear as though they take these things seriously knowing what was about to break.

Definately makes me wonder, they acted on this when they were completely inactive, or possibly pro-active on covering up, the other stuff.

But then Cliff's white with no backup in the community, no religious group to raise hell over it.

Personally I'd rather be accused of being racist than an apologist, sympathiser or facilitator of Pphiles.

Picking on helpless multi-millionaires who have expensive lawyers and a legion of crazed granny fans is a sure fire way to divert attention from stuff and get a quick result; yup, easy peasy.

Don't know about quick results and easy trials but certainly takes the publics' attention no?

And what's an expensive lawyer and a lot grannies compared to an entire ethnic group with a fanatical religous following? Coupled with possible career problems?
