Bag of cats heads found. Assumption is not that there's some nutter antithesis of "crazy cat lady", but instead that they're all Biryani.

It's a bag of cat heads. Surely if it were a rogue restaurant, it'd be a bag of cat heads, paws, and fur? My vote goes for nut house, not curry house.

And the amount of meat on a cat will be not very much as they are skinny little critters

Add in the time to catch the cat, kill and prepare the cat i would think the benefits from using cats compared to commercial chicken would be dubious.
