Erm... I don't think you quite understood me.We always knew that the various Western-instigated regime changes had radical elements at the very least. After all, how else can you destabilise an entire region for decades?
The problem The West has is that if adopting these policies we need to learn to take the rough with the smooth.
And why was it the West got involved in the first place?
Something to do with a maniac leader intent on destroying thousands of other islamic people I thought?
When another country asks for help, does the west usually ignore that request?
The whole situation was made far worse by not taking out Sadam when he was already "sighted" up and ready to go! (Less than 500 mtrs!)
Instead he was allowed to live on and stir up as much hatred/unrest as possible untill the west went in again all those years later when the internal killing fields were re-opened.
The termoil that followed was because there was no-one suitable to take the lead in the torn countries, after getting rid of so many nutters, you wouldnt want it all to start again.
