All one and the same thing.

Like regimes throughout history that have to rely on force and terror they don't last. They last even less time now the world is a lot smaller.
They actually are quite weak in the greater scheme of things, but try to suggest strength by doing what they do. It impresses the individuals in Nigeria or elsewhere but longer term it's a road to nowhere. Say they got their Caliphate , it would be shunned by the world. It would be like Albania but worse. In a land not of milk and honey but dusty scrubland at best and desert at most.
Of course with the religion based fervour at the moment they cannot see all this. Young men notice, young men doing stupid things for older men has been a problem throughout history.
They are screwed already, they do not even know it yet. Society is too far advanced for localised flash backs to religion based olden days.
In the meanwhile though it is painful, as we know, for them to learn the lesson.
Need to see if we can help that other hostage if he is not already dead.
It seems to work reasonably well in Zimbabwe & Belarus, and so so in Syria with Assad & his old man before him 1971 to date is a fairly good innings although he's having a few problems right now They actually are quite weak in the greater scheme of things, but try to suggest strength by doing what they do. I believe their original name in Arabic was Al-Dawla Al-Islamiya fi al-Iraq wa al-Sham - lets just be thankful we don't have to use that.

They call themselves a million and one different things depending on who you ask over there.ISIL seems to be the US's latest name of choice and most other govs and media outlets seem to be following their lead.

A little different but he said 'Islam is A religion of peace', not 'The' religion. Can sonebody give him a Koran

It is disingenuous of Cameron to say "ISIS are not Muslims". It would be far more accurate to say "ISIS do not represent the majority of Muslims". There has never been a definitive and "correct" single interpretation of Islam or perhaps any religion. Yet Cameron seems to think he knows the correct one.
An interesting Huffington Post article on this subject.

I believe the message is more sculptured for physiological purposes, what's the worst thing you could say to a religious nut job? Claim he isn't following his religion. Probably also a message to any people wanting to join up, these people aren't Muslims.groucho said:
So many apologists! When are we going to wake up? No mosques in this country. We are at war, or will be soon. No room for any religion, yep, I'm racist, I don't like Muslims.
Would you take on a large roofing job given to you by a Muslim? In any case; I believe you belong on this forum https://www.stormfront.org/forum/f39/ and not Pistonheads.

Why?There are around 3m Muslims in the UK and the vast majority of them hate the ISIS/Al-Q/Islamist type ideology just like any other normal person does.
Yes there is a problem with a significant minority of young Muslim men in the UK who are becoming radicalised with many turning to violence but banning all mosques etc is not only impossible but even if it were possible it would be counter productive.
Mosques and the wider Muslim community should be part of the solution, not the problem. Alienating them all won't get us anywhere.
