Islam is not a race therefore disliking Muslims doesn't make you a racist. It has always bothered me the way we can say whatever we like about Christianity/Christians and nobody cares, but if you criticise Muslims they try to silence you by calling you a racist. Whatever the religion, we are talking about a bunch of nutters and their imaginary friend and we should be able to laugh at them, criticise them, or dislike them. If they don't like it they can grow up and stop believing in fairytales.

With all due respect, that's quite a pedantic argument that uses a "technicality" in trying to justify negative-feelings/discrimination towards Muslims. If he wants to be a racist then its up to him - if we are to allow people free speech then its free speech not free speech as long as you don't say anything we might not like.
I'd go far as to say that there are a lot more racist people on the forum, except they pretend not to be because its not the done thing.
I neither condone nor disagree with his views - just making the point seeing as all the PC brigade are wading in.
