This. 'Highly likely' but not 'Imminent'? When then? In the next ten years? - its already been seven since the last big one (Lee Rigby excluded). Wow scary.

It really is tedious. Dont see them putting out 'Severe' warnings of possibly being hit by a bus do they. Bet there is way more chance than being killed by a terrorist.

I do enjoy a chuckle though so I may go and have a look at how the Daily Mail comments on this story are going biggrin

The chances of me having a cup of tea in the next 30 mins have been raised from "Mild" to "Moderate". Will update you if the tea becomes "Imminent", so don't soil yourself with fear just yet.

Without being privvy to any info around the threat its all a bit chinny chin chin.

Does make you wonder why we have to go through this again and again with nothing changing.

Pissed me off to read the BS from the police stating the would be "working with community leaders". fk the community! These people dont deserve to be in one.

Isn't the Mr Cameron I nice chap for warning us.
Not wishing too trivialise what is a very serious topic, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who wonders why Cameron has chosen this day to make a speech on the subject .
Might it be that the media has now another headline instead of blanket coverage of UKIP ?

The definintion of moderate is brilliant.

'moderate - an attack is possible but not likely'

Meteor Strike Threat Level - Moderate.
Alien Invasion Threat Level - Moderate.
Nuclear Radiation Giving Everyone Seven Foot Knobs Threat Level - Funny and Moderate.

Its all utter nonsence.

Will we notice any difference? Could this turn into a case of crying wolf?

Were this true,it would be shameful.
I note that Theresa May said that there is NO intelligence to say a terror threat is more likely now than yesterday.

Quoted.

I expect some sort of "arrest" shortly which prevents an incident.

I have only just stopped worrying about Ebola.
Hold on a second, I didn't know we were supposed to have stopped worrying about that yet!

Is it official that we should switch to worrying about terrorists again?

It's all so confusing; I can only concentrate on worrying about one thing at a time. I almost starting worrying about immigration again the other day, until something about Ebola popped up on the TV.

I wish someone would publish an official diktat as to exactly what we should be fretting over, weekly.
