I doubt it. She was 81 and any invasive medical procedure on an 81 year old has risks, that she would have signed off on. I haven't heard any suggestion that any errors were made.

I stumbled across that for the 1st time last week. Very funny and truly rude, I laughed out loud at some of her comments.
