Just watched him on newsnight.
Didn't answer a single question put to him.
It angers me that they never give an answer.

They're paid to represent us and should be forced, courtroom-style, to give a yes or no response.
The Tories are the masters of obfuscation - did you hear Hague on Radio 4 just?
No - did he repeat the same scripted mantra multiple times?
Exactly !
He was actually worse and when called out on it (Jim N said he was "on slippery form" laugh), he blamed the questions saying:

"If you ask those type of questions, you get these type of answers".

He was being asked about the extreeeemly unlikely /one-in-a-million chance that there may not be a majority Tory gov.

Like Miliband, he does not discuss ridiculous hypotheticals.

I thought Ed was, you know, damn right - I think its important to have these discussions, different.

This is what I used to like about Paxman, but his last interview fell short IMO, he let them get away with the BS too much. he'd usually be a lot harder and interrupt them and ask the question again. He's gone soft.

Annoys the st out of me when they don't give a straight answer, they couldn't lie straight in bed.

"What I would say is that these strikes are wrong at a time when negotiations are still ongoing...parents and public misled, get around the negotiating table, put aside the rhetoric.."

Absolute car-crash 'interview' by Ed...!

He's just been on the BBC, saying that if we start rescuing those floating across from Libya it won't encourage more people to do it.

It would encourage me to do it if I was over there! Knowing there were people searching for me, chomping at the bit to pull me out of the water.

Another Milibandism that drives me potty, don't tell us ''what you would say...'' you charmless creep, just tell us in the first bloody place. Scripted ste time after time, and nobody ever calls him out on it. If he says ''look, ya know, let's be clear about this...'' one more time I will explode. It shouldn't wind me up but it does.

Time for bed.

I can't watch the news any more in case Miliband comes on (which if it was the BBC news, he wound ad nauseam).
He just makes my skin crawl - heaven help us if he and Balls get in yuck

I work at a bank, hence I burn grandmas for a living.

Yet my wife is a medic...

Will that save me from the red-ed-SS if they get voted in!?

No it will not save you becuase if he ends up PN we are all fked.
I just can't believe as we get closer to the election people have't sussed him out yet.
Dont even start with his partner in crime because if they get in it will be criminal.

I'm the same. I'm driving my wife potty with my regular shouting at the TV: "Don't tell us what you would say... just bloody tell us", closely followed by "how the **** are we going to pay for that? Where's the money coming from"?

They didn't suss Blair in 1997 and he was clearly far too cocky by half.

Time for PH-ers to show proper respect for our next Leader.

Ed is odds on and clear bookies favourite to be the next PM.

People like you will be identified, monitored and sent for retraining.

If you are unable to see the basic economic truths then your IP address will be shut down. A bright future awaits.
Wealth and job creating parasites will be exiled and the country will spend more to end the deficit and tax its way to prosperity.

Mods: please delete all my previous posts. The capitalist traitors hacked my account.
Let's take to streets, man the barricades, seize the banks, free money for all. Behold the future. The peoples' future!

Vive la Revolution. Ed and Nicola will herald a new dawn.

Fire up the Trabant.

Glad to know I'm not alone in my misery wink

Another one... ''what Labour have said on this is this...''. It's even worse when he tries to string a few of them together in attempt to buy some time while he stares painfully into the middle distance, hoping no-one will notice his ineptitude... ''Look, right, it's clear what Labour have said on this and what we've said on this is, ya know, clearly, this...''.

Utter garbage, everytime he opens his trap. There is no substance to the man whatsoever, how can anyone have an ounce of respect for him? WTF goes on behind those lifeless eyes of his?
