Not really a fan, but I thought he came across quite well on R2 (apart from the 'let me explain' repetition)
We must have listened to different programmes. When he was questioned over the mansion tax, he fell apart somewhat. The rest was amateurish.

If he gets in I think I'm going to fk off to France. Accepting their socialist utopia is clearing proving what a stupid idea this nonsense is, the weather is generally better, and as most of the well off French on London will be no better off here than there by then, revenues across the channel could rise as they go home.

there seems to be a stalemate according to the polls. The conservatives need to poll 40% or better to get a majority (?).
I think it will take a huge effort by them to get all their supporters out to the polls.
its not looking too good at this point is it.

Maybe, but he isn't really a socialist and nor are his (true) values... he isn't proposing mass nationalisation, hardly a Socialist Utopia.

And I'm right of centre...that's the problem, it's a battle over the middle ground.

The middle ground now wants to have 50% tax & a mansion tax come what may? If that's the middle I've been in the wrong country for longer than I thought!

You're right, that's not middle ground in 2015.

Sorry, my point was badly phrased.

The politics are all battling over the middle ground. Labour are closer to the Tories in much of policy than anyone really discusses.

This is what a left of centre model looks like (read their manifesto):
