Well I've never heard of them.

What happened to all the rioting, violence and terrorism which you'd predicted Wiggley?
Not even i would call leaving a full trolly in asda a terrorist event

but it is building

Though i would not be surprised if police scotland don't class it as a terrorist even

I'm with Edinburgher on this one, these folk are just trying to get as much attention as possible, like a playground bully. Ignoring them will infuriate them more than any counter-arguments.

We should be more concerned with getting rid of the SNP than these diddy "guerrilla" groups.

Getting rid? Current polling suggests a landslide for the buggers.

I fully support them in one of their acts.

The gagging of Robbie Burns is, in my book, never a bad thing.

But as a protest against the suppression of his literary works, 300 years ago, and ignoring the fact that he was a tax collector for the hated oppressors.

Nutters.

I believe the prediction had a 12 month range and we're barely 2 months in...

Most of my Yes voting mates seem to have accepted the result with good grace and we've returned to normal levels of banter. They'd vote yes again but seem in no hurry to go though it all a second time. A few have turned a bit "Natty" and post some weird and wonderful stuff on Facebook. Its easy to assume all the Yessers where hardcore nats but my experience seems to be "when asked they expressed a preference" rather than "we've been waiting for this all our lives"

I don't think its gone away but I don't think there's a huge appetite to go through it all again. Glasgow's maybe the exception but Scotland's a lot bigger than one city

Geographically, yes but most of it is empty.

In the news now.

Business For Scotland and other Business leaders are calling for Osbourne to give the North Sea Oil a tax break as confidence in the sector is at its lowest for 6 years (a few reasons oil price has lost nearly 40% in 4 months... Plus the existing tax break has just ended)

So what would an Indy Scotland do? Also as were going down a Devo max + this will mean significantly less £ tax revenue for them what will they cut to cover this reduction?

The oil will pay, whilst also advocating for the competition.*

It will be interesting as if they choose not to cover the gap then they will need to increase borrowing (which is fine) but then they will have to pay more interest so what is cut to pay for that?

It appears the tax gap could be in the order of £3-4billion - let's say 3% interest so £120million a year extra - isn't that a similar amount which the free prescriptions cost?

Want some views of the Pro Yes here as the fear campaign one point they raised was volatility of tax revenue due to oil which is not the reality - so given it is so large a gap and the interest charge is half the education budget on this extra borrowing alone just what would you do?

"Business for Scotland and other business leaders"

I think you mean

"Business for Scotland AND business leaders" as the two are exclusive.

Why do we need a tax break? There was record investment in the last couple of years. Oh yes, as Wiggley says, it's a setup to blame the English. When the st oil results come out in the next couple of years, Salmond and co blame the English cos they didn't cut taxes for the multinational oil companies. And also blame the English for cutting taxes for the rich.

He really believes the UK govt is actually running the top table rather than having a place at it.

Global market manipulation - really.

Are these people that thick?

Of course oil isn't a curse its a bonus - IF and only IF it doesn't build up the public spending as once it does it is a big burden when things don't go to plan. Who pays? Borrow more & pay more interest kick can down the road increase tax charges to all or some (though with Scotland its such a vast gap in tax revenue with so few people £3billion gap over the entire population of 5m is a lot Or what benefit /spending gets cut.
Its dead simple
