75% turnout 45% yes 55% no.

After the Alex Salmond (YES'ers) has added the missing 'chads' : 99% turnout 99% yes 1% no
I think the urn out will be higher than that personally, over 80% without a doubt.

83% turnout
56.5% No
42.5% Yes
1% spoiled

Whichever way it goes, I predict riots and violence in the streets after the results.

I’ll be down in England the day of the results. Hopefully my house will still be there when I get back.

The yes voters are so stupid that they will probably burn down their own houses in anger. Same way they are cutting off their noses to spite their faces in this referendum.

There’s a pub up here with a board outside it saying £3 a pint for yes voters and £30 a pint for no voters. It’s a proper dive pub though, not exactly where you will find intellectual conversation and I wouldn’t be in a rush to go there if you have an English accent.

Ha! What pubs that? Could be worth a link to the BBC.

As indicated in the Mail article I posted on the main thread, the polling industry is very concerned, that the polls are potentially way off what the final result will be (in either direction).
I can't find our friends Guams actual post in the other thread - mainly as its so thick and fast with posters in there whereas this is more a bit of fun but.........

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2757621/Le...

If the link is the article is the one Guam refers to then it makes VERY interesting reading indeed.

I think it'll be

75% No Thanks
24% Yes
1% Spoiled / Jedis / People thought it was an election

The real question to me isnt really about tomorrow, it's 3 months down the line where people start asking again because the question was misleading or something.

I'm hoping for a yes but I expect 55% No, 45% Yes. Either way I'll toast the result with a glass of lovely English malt whisky and sit back and watch the fallout with interest.

No, I'm English and would be happy to wave good-bye. Pandora's Box has been opened and the results may be messy. I think they're mad to even consider independence.

Wasn't that what the English did during the riots?

It was worse than that.

The retards in Salford robbed the bargain booze first, then matalan. Not only was the scene in Matalan roughly equal to a bank holiday sale, but the spastics didn't realise that when you're nicking stuff, it's free. There is no reason whatsoever to nick the same cheap st that ou normally spend your giro on. Salford: The city of low aspirations.

I liked that boozer when we visited Inverness, they had a great house band on - the place filled up from being dead in about fifteen minutes not long before they came on.

just wow..biggrinlaughbiglaughwaveybyebye

Conall Mcglinchey English are scumbags that's it we can use our money to make our country better not yours and yes that's a little selfish but who cares we'll be rich and the English won't that's it we won't be wasting our money on the rest of the UK it will be aimed directly and the 7million in Scotland not spread across the 65millon of the UK and oh yes Scotland will be the third most wealthy country in the world in the years to come. So your "were better together" st is bks I think you mean "we'll be better of if you stay"

OK
Its a bit early as I think there is another vote due yet
BUT

Oa went for ....... 55% NO 45% YES 87% turnout
Kowalski went for ....... 55% NO 45% YES 80% Turnout
rst 99 got the figures but the wrong war round if I read his post correctly

So at this stage I would say Oa pretty much nailed it. Just slightly up on the turnout figures too

I think there is 1 left to declare but I am off out now so will check back later
