I'm currently having a few annoying but semi light hearted issues with "ped riders" being annoying. I even started a thread about it and I am receiving some helpful advice on how to decapitate them with wire across the roads and stuff. I even got an offer of some razor wire and posts via PM but it seems a bit drastic.
Seriously, someone here actually pm'd and offered razor wire, to decapitate immature kids? Jesus, what has the world come to. Not like me to be be pc or earnest, but I hope you report the would be murderers (or inciters, so you cop the blame and go to clinky) to the authorities.Roverload said:
Wow, alot of you really are massive s! Go on then, point me in the direction of beechy head, how could you say such a thing. You may think my politics is born out of hate for my fellow man, i love mankind, we are capable of the most incredible things. But the vast majority choose comfort and ignorance over what is right, i don't care if its emissions, sewerage, ocean dumping, chemical spills, its all having a negative effect on the way we live our lives. I know how i want to live my life, if everyone banded together we could all live a comfortable life, but instead we choose complacency. I'm not going to post anymore on this subject, i don't owe any of you head in the sand wkers an explanation.
Just in case you are still here and not sulking in an unlit cupboard, and refer to my 'offing' comment, it was irony, you berk. Pointing out the hypocrisy and downright stupidity of your post.If you want to get on the insulted high horse, how about the rest of us getting offended at you describing us and our kin as a cancer? Grow up.

Now, if the AGW lot were to concentrate on actual things that matter - pollution of rivers and deforestation and the slaughter of sharks and extinction of many species of animals, well, that might actually be worth fighting for (in fact I do fight for such things).
This is the problem - I fully support protecting our planet and wildlife but the climate change brigade have taken over the environmental movement so completely you can't subscribe to one without the otherThese environmentalists care about our planet and are leading by example on how we all need to look after the planet. How they left in NYC.
I followed this example today and had a Starbucks coffee.

What is upset nature taken to mean?
Direct evidence for human impact on local climate exists, no evidence (data as opposed to gigo) for a causal human impact on global climate exists.
The carbon dioxide myth needs separating from real and meaningful considerations. This marching stunt was about the myth.
What's the myth again?Direct evidence for human impact on local climate exists, no evidence (data as opposed to gigo) for a causal human impact on global climate exists.

Everyone else presenting lectured about glacial decline, hockey stick graphs, polar bears, rising sea levels - all the usual bks, death by powerpoint with lots of spurious facts and figures and it was pretty much always a one way conversation with the person talking 'at' the audience.
I was lucky to have the last slot. I presented a total of 3 slides.
First slide introduced who I was and where I was from.
Last slide said Thank You.
I started off by saying that Earth Hour is a noble idea and it would be wonderful for it to have an impact down the line however, before you can convince the world to act, perhaps we should look at our own back yard first.
On the 5m x 5m screen I put an image of a decomposing camel that had been strangled by some plastic bags that had been discarded in the desert. It stayed there for the next 40 minutes.
There was an audible intake of breath. I asked one question - How can we expect the population of the UAE to help look after the planet when this is a common occurrence throughout the country because many people simply don't give a damn.
I then just moderated the discussions between the students and summarised at the end.
It went well.
Exactly as the image above shows. It's all absolute bks.

You cannot be serious.
Sorry ... my computer is falling to display your 10,000-word dissertation of carefully constructed scientific theorems and peer-reviewed proofs that surely must have followed your meaningless one-line piece of useless dogma. Could you repost please.ETA: Just to be clear
Pollution of earth, rives and seas is an appalling crime by mankind that needs to resolved
Anthropomorphic Climate Change, however, is bks.

Global warming pause 19 years and counting, model outputs give a 20 year pause with 'vanishingly small' probability.
The myth is truly believing that the collection of gigo arising from carbon dioxide climate sensitivity junkcsience is reality, rather than accepting data reality as being reality.
The real planet's mean T fell off fake Planet IPCC recently. IPCC flat earthers (just for the irony).

Climate science from an economist. I'd prefer my disinformation to come from a more credible source, at the least. http://dx.doi.org/10.4236/ojs.2014.47050

The party lacking in credibility is the IPCC with its predictions now past their sell-by date. Even so your faith appears to be holding out.
